Festival

Students are to dress in costume representing some aspect of Medieval life.  If it is possible, the costume should compliment their individual presentation/project.

Here’s the general flow for the day
The students enter as a group and take their places on stage.
I welcome parents and guests and start with prayer.
The students and teacher lead the guests in singing “A Mighty Fortress is Our God.”
The students then recite the Pater Noster and the armor of God passage from Ephesians 6:10-18
The students sing the 3rd grade history song
The students take a seat.
Each student takes the stage and gives his/her presentation/project.
I close with a blessing over lunch.
Guests and students begin lunch.
After lunch, parents will guide the students in games/crafts (these activities are optional)
